Custom and duty charges
Deliveries to countries outside Australia might incur customs or import taxes. Unfortunately, since we don’t have any control over these charges, we can’t cover them for you.
What if I wish to return an item?
Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 21 days from the stamped date of shipment if the item is in original condition.
If the item is faulty, please notify us as soon as possible and we will replace or refund the item and arrange postage.
If you have changed your mind or wish to order a different size, please contact us so we can arrange a replacement.
Customer is responsible for return shipping, MGNR is not responsible for any shipping fees or lost/untraceable shipments, We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.
Please understand that returns or exchanges that do not comply with our return policy will be shipped back.
