What currency will I be charged in?

By default, products across the MGNR website are priced in Australian dollars. However, you may calculate the value of your shopping experience in USD, EUR & GBP by selecting the optional currency selector at the top right of each page.

How long will my goods take to arrive and what are the shipping costs?

Across Australia, we offer free shipping with tracking on all domestic orders! Expect to receive your items 1-2 business days from the point of dispatch.

International orders are shipped using DHL express for free for checkouts over A$240. For orders of less than A$240 a A$29.95 fee applies. 

What if I wish to return an item?

No problem! We want you to be happy with your MGNR product. Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 30 days from the stamped date of shipment if the item is in original condition.

All items must be unworn (except for when you try it on, of course!), unwashed, with no visible signs of wear such as makeup, deodorant stains, fragrances, etc.

Unless there is a manufacturing fault with one of our garments, we do ask you to please choose wisely, as return postage must be paid for and arranged by you.

Can I cancel an existing order?

If for some reason there is a delay shipping your order or stock is on backorder, please contact us and we will arrange a cancellation and refund at no cost, so long as the item has not been dispatched. Otherwise orders that are in stock and on time will be fulfilled, after which time they'll be on their way to you.
